Throughout your life your body has been with you through every significant event, and has played a huge roll in helping you process, internalize and filter your experiences. Often the cause of stress, physical pain, and perhaps even chronic injury, is the result of unresolved emotional responses held in the body. PRYT often faciliates physical and emotional release through touch, supported movement and client-centered dialogue.
