Join this 6-week program, based on Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy founder Michael Lee's book, Turn Stress into Bliss, and walk away with tools to cultivate a healthier relationship with life stress! Explore how you relate to and hold onto stress through nine transformative themes, meditation, self-reflection, simple yoga, group dialogue, a supported home practice and an all day silent retreat. This program will help you connect to the innate wisdom of your body that is available to you in each moment through your own authentic experience!

Stress Assessment Test:

Rate each item on a scale of 0 to 10 in terms of how accurately it describes you. A 0 would be "Does not describe me at all," a 5 would be "Sometimes describes me," and a 10 would be "Always describes me."

3. I am achieving what I want in my life.

4. The stress in my life is moderate and manageable.

5. I am patient and calm in times of struggle.

6. I take good care of my physical and emotional health.

10. My work is meaningful to me and serves others. 

-Total score out of a possible 100 ___

Results: If you scored 0 to 30, the stress in your life is high and you’re probably experiencing one or more symptoms.  If you scored 31 to 60, you could probably use more joy & direction in your life, but you may not feel "stressed-out".  If you scored 61 to 100, send me your secrets to a stress-less life!

This book can accompany your participant guidebook during the Redefining Stress  program, or you can use this book as a guide to your own 8-week program.
